Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same original condition as received.
- In its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and protective materials.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Personalized or monogrammed planners, notebooks, or desk accessories.
- Opened or used art supplies (e.g., paints, inks, markers, opened paper packs).
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or not following care instructions.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
After approval, please allow:
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- 3-5 business days for the refund to process back to your PayPal account.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any standard shipping charges.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
