1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the PapyrusBloom website ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and PapyrusBloom. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or make purchases from this Site.

2. Products and Orders

PapyrusBloom sells planners, notebooks, art supplies, writing instruments, and desk accessories ("Products"). All orders are subject to Product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in Product description, pricing, or inventory issues. We will notify you if your order is canceled and will not charge you for canceled items.

Prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site and are subject to change. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping costs as detailed at checkout.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PapyrusBloom, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Products. All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of PapyrusBloom or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any material from this Site without our express prior written permission. The PapyrusBloom name and logo are trademarks of our company.

5. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions and a return authorization. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note: Personalized, custom-made, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
